Name: qiaoxiang Their Big Day!
Finally, after 5 long years, Sue & Jianxing is getting married. Today is their church wedding which held at the Covenant Evangelical Free Church. The sisters arrived at Sue's place at around 8am. We were all so excited and some do felt more excited than the bride herself. Hahaha! At about 930am, the groom and his brothers were all here ready for the gate crashing. First item was to make them drank our special mix of 酸甜苦辣 (sour, sweet, bitter, spicy) from the milk bottles. Next on, they were to wax their legs with provided wax strips. After which, they were provided with 3 ice cubes (quite a big size) freeze with coffee powder, chili sauce and don't know what. They were supposed to finish licking the ice cube till they got the keys to open the gate. The guys were very foxy as they blinded us through most of the tests. Not fun! Hahaha... When they finally got the key into the house, we made the groom to sing us a song & then allowed him to go into the room. Not to forget, we asked for big big ang bao from him too! =)
After the battle, we headed to the couple's new house. It is indeed a brand new house because except for the master bedroom, all other rooms are empty. Though it was not a first hand HDB flat but still it looks quite new.
After lunching, being the ushers for the church wedding, we were chauffeured to the church to get ready and setting up the reception desk. The church wedding began at 2pm and everything ended at around 5pm.
Some after thoughts: this couple are very special people in my life, especially Sue. I knew them back in 5 years ago and personally been through their courtship period. I see how their love blossoms and flourish into this special day. Their love is firmly rooted with the love of God in them. I truly believed that they are created by God for one another & they will have a blissful marriage!

Lin's 21st Birthday!
Being the cake delivery lady, I reached her place in the afternoon with the super duper yummy royal cheese cake. Hahaha! Really yummy! Purpose of going to her place first was because she needs to doll me up before the dinner. Not just me, even for her other girl-friends. There were all 4 of us, excluded her. She is a perfectionist. She will make sure that we were all pretty pretty before we are allowed to step out of her house. Hahaha!
I have made a reservation at the al dente by the esplanade at 7pm. We were a little late because girls need more time. =) we were seated in the indoor instead of the alfresco. We have the whole restaurant to ourselves. The service is great & the food is nice too! We ordered a chocolate fondue for our dessert. Tell you what, it was my first time having chocolate fondue. Very mountain turtle right? Hahaha! The fondue is so so only but the main course is good. I have recommended that place as I like the ambience. Luckily, the girls enjoyed the food & like the place if not I will feel really bad about it. Hope that she had enjoyed herself on this special day of hers.
